Fishing Venues
The KWCA fishing section includes syndicate waters, Gold venues and Club venues. Some venues are subject to waiting lists, membership conditions, gate codes, close seasons or venue-specific rules.
Syndicate venues
- Pan Lake Syndicate at Chartham
- Tonford Lake & Swan Lake Syndicate at Chartham
- Swan Lake Syndicate at Chartham
- Lydd Lake Syndicate at Lydd
Gold venues
- Handle Lake at Chartham: 560 yards long, 70 yards wide and around eight acres.
- Milton Lake at Chartham: just over four acres, with carp, tench, bream, pike, roach and rudd.
- Chartham Lake: secluded 5.5 acre lake with carp into the 30lb range, plus tench, bream, roach, rudd and pike.
- Westbere Lake at Sturry: 120-acre venue in the Great Stour valley with carp, pike, perch, tench and bream.
- Mill Pool at Faversham: 3.5 acre lake with some easy access and secluded fishing.
- Wood Pool at Faversham: 3.5 acre lake dug in the 1950s, with carp into the mid-20lb range.
- Bungalow Lake at Lydd: 3.5 acre stock pond with small to medium carp to around 25lb.
- Middle Lake at Lydd: just over four acres, with carp to around 30lb and generous bank space.
Club and Gold venues
- River Beult at Hawkenbury: 500 yards of frontage, five swims and stalking rod positions.
- River Beult at Cross-at-Hand: 530 yards of frontage with close parking and fishable length.
- Chalk Marsh Lake at Barling: four-acre Essex lake restocked with tench, roach, bream and crucians.
Club venues
- The Boot Lake at Westbere: secluded four-acre lake near the wildlife area.
- Marsh fleet fishing at Cooling: wild common carp and rudd in secluded fleet water near the Thames.
- Marsh fleet fishing at Shorne: clear fleet water with small wild common carp, tench and rudd.
- Oxenbridge Fleets: Rother valley fleets with mixed coarse fish species.
